I HIGHLY recommend Telle(formally Len's) in O'Fallon. They are honest, very helpful and they stand behind their work. Our family has been using them for awhile. They wont try to sell you something you don't need so trust them if they say you do need something. Super great to work with.

Scheduled an oil change and 100,000 mile service at Len’s. Got my quote, went in to pay and it was $150 less than the estimate. They told me there was a feature to the tuneup that my car didn’t require and they deducted the cost. They didn’t have to tell me that. And this is not the first time I’ve gone in there and the price ended up less than what they originally quoted me. This place is an honest operation. I’ve gone here for four years now and have nothing but high praise. Highly recommend Len’s Auto Repair (now Telle Tires).

All the things you need from an Auto shop especially for ladies that do not know much about cars, they even take photos of what needs repair so that you can understand the visual vs the lingo! 100% best client service and respect. Love them.

Telle Tire took such excellent care of us, I could not be happier. I had my truck towed to the dealership, and after 9 days, they hadn't even looked at it. I spoke to Brook and decided to have it towed to their business so it could be looked at immediately. During this time, we had a family emergency and my husband had one day to drive back to Missouri to return the rental, pick up the truck and get back to his family. The parts arrived and the repair was done within the day. Brook was friendly, professional and empathetic to our situation. Thank you so much!

These guys are awesome. I have a 2016 Jeep Patriot. It fought tooth and nail to remove my rear lug nuts and tires. They won the fight and I have brand new reasonably priced tires on my Jeep. I felt they bent over backwards to complete everything and would definitely recommend them.

Joe and Team did an amazing job on my starter replacement. I’ve never used Telle before. Hats off to them for being honest, quick and efficient. The car runs great.

My wife and I are moving our things out of the house today. Unfortunately I picked up a nail on one of our many trips to storage. I quickly removed the tire, ran over to Telle. They jumped right on the repair and I'm back in business about an hour later. I won't use anymore but Telle for my future repairs. I'd give them a 10 star review if there was one. I had ran over a screw about 8 months back, went to the Jefferson City location and they patched me up, had me out of there in 30 minutes. Today, I called inquiring about tire prices. They had the best prices in town, and got me in same day.

Guys! I NEVER leave reviews but this place went above and beyond for me and I am now a forever customer. I ran over fresh tar and my car was shaking. I had no idea what to do. Not only did they get me in that day but also were so kind and explained everything. Sent me updates and kept me in the know! They fixed it and brought it home to me. I'm so thankful for this company! This was literally the best experience with any place I have been in jeff!! Thank you again guys! I cannot thank you guys enough!

Went in for a quote and scheduling an appointment, got it all set up and when I dropped off my car they personally gave me a ride home while they work on it. They've all been very friendly and helpful. Also loving the Halloween decorations
