Store Manager
Randy’s tenure in the automotive industry has eclipsed 30 years and counting! Solving customers’ automotive issues with quality and expertise almost comes second nature at this point! Randy joined Telle Tire in 2025 and we’re happy to share his wealth of knowledge with the St. Charles extended family!
Randy’s passion is Harley Davidson motorcycles. He not only loves to ride them but also takes the time to restore classic models to their original showroom glory. When Randy is not riding his bike he spends his free time with his wife, children and grandchildren, whom he spoils rotten!

Every tire purchase at Telle Tire includes our Total Tire Package, which provides complimentary wheel balancing and rotations for the life of your tires, same day installation and a 30–day–ride guarantee—if you don’t love your new set, we’ll exchange it. You can even add Road Hazard Warranty coverage for up to three years of protection or down to 3/32” of treadwear remaining. Regardless, our ASE–certified technicians are always here to help you choose the right tires for your vehicle.
Our oil change service includes draining your old oil, installing a new high quality oil filter, and refilling with the right oil for your engine. While the oil is draining, we perform a complimentary multipoint inspection covering fluid levels, lights, signals, tire condition, belts, hoses, the air filter, battery, and wipers. We then run a final engine check before reviewing the inspection results with you. Most oil changes are completed in under an hour, so you can get back on the road with confidence.
Telle Tire services both disc and drum brake systems, so you’re covered no matter what. If your vehicle (like most) has disc brakes, we replace worn brake pads and resurface or replace rotors to keep your stopping power smooth and reliable. For vehicles with drum brakes, we’ll inspect and then replace worn brake shoes and resurface or replace drums and wheel cylinders if needed. Whatever your setup, our team is here to make sure your brakes feel safe and solid.
