These guys were absolutely amazing. I had a tire go flat at work, and after Walmart jerked me around for 45 mins I went to Telle. Carol was so friendly and after realizing they didn't have a tire that would fit my car the called Kennedy used tire and got me one set up there to get it fixed. 10 or of 10 customer service.

My first experience with Telle Tire was very positive! Most of my interaction was with Carol, and it was very comfortable! She was knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating by taking care of my tire rebate paperwork right away. She also registered my tires with the manufacturer, for my convenience. Other staff members streamed in and out of the office with warm humor and pleasant comments.

This was the first time I came to my facility. The people were very friendly. I saw that everyone that walked in. They seem to know if not greeted them right away and ask what they needed. My appointment took a little less time than they estimated. I definitely will be going back. I will also recommend them to my friends and family.

Telle Tire gave me great information on our car. Had it towed there and it was fixed in 2 hours. Price was better than expected and the car is running perfectly again! Thanks Carol and team! Will be coming back the next time we need service!

Great service and attention to detail! I brought my truck into the shop for an inspection. After I parked my truck and turned the engine off, I had to turn it on to move it a little further. The problem: my engine wouldn't start! I told the technicians what happened and they went to work right away on both issues - the inspections and the starting issue. The good news: inspections passed and the truck had no issues. To make sure all was well, the suggesting keeping the truck another day for other tests. A day later, they called back to say all was well. Everyone who I spoke with were very pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. They put my mind to ease!
